Spectrum Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Inc. of Ft. Myers, FL is seeking an experienced full-time AC & Light Refrigeration Service Technician / Installer to go into our clients' homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their air conditioning systems and light refrigeration units as well as perform maintenance and make upgrade recommendations. This AC & Light Refrigeration Service Technician / Installer position typically works Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm or until the job is done with occasional on-call work nights and weekends. This position earns negotiable pay that could be $30+/hour for someone with the right skills! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AC & LIGHT REFRIGERATION SERVICE TECHNICIAN / INSTALLER

• 5 years of HVAC technician experience
• Previous system installation experience
• Diploma or certificate from a reputable HVAC school
• EPA certification
• NATE certification OR willing to obtain it
• Have own hand tools including manifold gauges, a multimeter, a leak detector, and a refrigerant scale
• Ability and willingness to work in all sorts of weather (both outside and inside an unairconditioned space in South Florida)
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Ability to twist and turn in tight spaces
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Customer service skills

Two years of refrigeration experience is also preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Do you have a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a new set of standards?
