• Create and maintain a master list of small airports based on existing directories.
• Input data into Excel, including names, contact information, and email addresses for small airports throughout the U.S.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the data entered.
• Follow additional search parameters as needed after the initial list is completed.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the organization's operations.

Skill Set
•Proven experience as an administrative assistant for more than one year. •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications. •Strong attention to detail and quick data entry skills. •Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. •Capacity to address challenges proactively and suggest improvements in processes.
