Job Summary: Mark Toyota of Plover is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Plover, Wisconsin. As a member of our service department, the Automotive Technician will be responsible for performing professional and efficient automotive repairs and maintenance on a variety of makes and models. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with competitive salary and benefits. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs, alignments mount tires and minor repairs
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and provide estimates
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or completion of an Automotive Technician program
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Must have own tools and be willing to constantly update and maintain them
