DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview in Clarksville, TN is seeking a talented Bartender to join our vibrant team. Our hotel is known for its exceptional service and warm hospitality, making it a top destination for guests seeking a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will have the opportunity to craft delicious and innovative cocktails while engaging with our diverse clientele. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every guest enjoys a personalized and delightful beverage service.

Compensation: Up to $9 DOE

Responsibilities

•Craft quality cocktails and serve other beverages
•Proper drink construction technique and policy adherence
•Engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
•Focus on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish
•Communicate to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed
•Demonstrate pour consistency and consistent drink-handling skills
•Perform bartop maintenance and stocking
•Maintain a clean work area
•Demonstrate accurate product knowledge

Qualifications

•Must be eligible to work in the USA
•Bar experience preferred
•Ability to learn and understand all bar practices
•Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion
