#### Position: Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish/English)
#### Responsibilities:
* Conduct cold calling to generate and qualify leads for mortgage services.
* Manage and maintain customer leads in the CRM system.
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
* Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Schedule and coordinate appointments for the mortgage broker.
* Perform general administrative tasks to support the mortgage broker’s daily operations.
* Utilize telemarketing skills to follow up with potential clients.
* Preferred: Experience in real estate or finance industries.
#### Qualifications:
* Proficient in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in cold calling and telemarketing.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Familiarity with CRM software and lead management.
* Prior experience in customer service.
* Preferred: Background in real estate or finance.
Candidate would need to be able to work in pacific standard time from 9am PST to 5am PST.
