Job Summary: The Body Shop Painter at Royal Auto Group in San Francisco, California is a part-time position. As an individual contributor, the Body Shop Painter will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and appearance of vehicles being serviced at the Royal Auto Group body shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and refinishing vehicles, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for producing high-quality work. What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and paint vehicles in the body shop according to manufacturer specifications and shop standards
• Mix paint and apply refinishing agents to vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for defects and make necessary touch-ups and repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management regarding status of repairs and any issues
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Keep updated on latest painting techniques and technologies
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive painting, preferably in a body shop setting
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and paint codes
• Proficiency in mixing and applying paint and refinishing agents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Must have your own tools and equipment
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
