Why Drive With Us?- Competitive Pay: Earn $0.75 per mile plus $18/hour for additional work.
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,725 - $1,825!
- Bonus Opportunities:
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 paid in full on your second paycheck.
- Paid Orientation: Receive $500 for orientation, with meals, hotel, and travel provided.
- Consistent Miles: Drive an average of 2,175 miles per week.
- Flexible Home Time: Enjoy a minimum 34-hour restart over the weekend, usually Fri-Sun or Sat to Mon-your time at home is very important to us!
- Stop pay: $50 per stop.
- Delay Pay: $25 per hour.
- Hazmat Pay: Additional $100 when hauling hazmat loads.
- Secure parking required for non-residents of Ohio.
- Full benefits kicks after 60 days
What We Offer: - Modern Freightliner and Kenworth trucks (2020-2023 models) with automatic transmission.

Requirements: - Minimum 12 months of flatbed driving experience.
- Winter driving experience is a must.
- Safety gear required: steel toe boots, hard hat, gloves, safety vest, and ear plugs.
- Hazmat endorsement required; we need 5 drivers with this certification.
Driver Qualifications: - Moving Violations:
- No more than 3 moving citations in the past 3 years.
- No license suspensions related to moving violations in the last 12 months.
- Must have no more than 5 combined moving violations and preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
- Accidents:
- No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
- Major accidents within the last year are disqualifying.
- Employment History:
- No more than 8 jobs in the past 3 years.
- No more than 3 CDL jobs in the last 12 months.
- More than 18 months of unemployment in the past 3 years requires review.
Criminal Background :
- No felony convictions in the past 7 years.
- No more than 2 misdemeanors in the past 7 years.
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
- No SAP drivers.
Other Requirements: - Must pass a DOT physical and drug testing (urine & hair).
- HazMat and endorsements must be current at application time.
