The RoleA director of communications strategy blends deep understanding of all channel standard processes, targeting strategies, creative insights, new technologies, consumer trends and relevant competitive activities to deliver communication plans designed to deliver effective, efficient, and resonant marketing experiences that speak directly to the interest, needs, and values of the audiences we serve.
This individual will be covering a parental leave supporting the Social Product Area. They will be a key player of the cross-functional social team, responsible for fueling Fidelity’s organic social handles and producing timely, educational and inspirational content for our followers!
The TeamThe Comms Strategy team is a new team and practice being built within Fidelity’s larger marketing organization. The team blends elements of traditional account management with building critical communications plans, by channel, to create more targeted, effective marketing efforts that deliver on business objectives and proven value- delivering the highest quality experiences for our customers and prospective customers. The Expertise and Skills You BringStrategic Expertise
At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call “Dynamic Working.” Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks.
