Job Overview: Diakon Logistics is seeking an innovative and experienced Digital Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence, driving growth through innovative outreach strategies, and ensuring our digital campaigns align with our business objectives. This role will also include responsibilities for recruiting top talent and managing advertisement campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze user experience data and customer feedback to inform digital strategies.
2. Develop, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across various channels.
3. Collaborate with recruiting teams, partners, and sales representatives to develop and execute on strategic initiatives.
4. Set digital marketing strategies, plans, and techniques to meet business goals.
5. Research market trends and identify new digital opportunities.
6. Report on the performance of digital projects and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Design and implement multi-platform digital campaigns, ensuring effective ad management and optimization.
8. Recruit and onboard top digital marketing talent to enhance the team’s capabilities.
9. Develop, manage and improve recruiting conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Strategist or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Experience in recruiting and managing advertisement campaigns is a plus.

Compensation: $20-30/HR, DOE + benefits. This is an in-office position.
