Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Company's Security department, including all FCLs, personnel security, classified processing, safeguarding, and physical security.
• Provides leadership and guidance to a team of security professionals.
• Prepares/updates facility security manuals and briefings to include OPSEC and Insider Threat policies and procedures.
• Develops, coordinates, and conducts security awareness, training, and educational programs for all cleared employees, ensuring compliance with and support of the National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), customer requirements, and company policy.
• Detailed understanding and continued implementation of 32 CFR Part 117, the National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), and general security requirements for DOD and other Federal agencies.
• Review and issue DD Form 254s.
• Maintains the corporate NISS (National Industrial Security System) account; submits sponsorship of facility clearance packages as needed.
• Prepares the facility for required annual audits/vulnerability assessments, maintaining a robust security process.
• Maintains interactive relationships with DCSA representatives.
• Maintains interactive relationships with prime and subcontractor FSOs.
• Respond to alarms and other emergencies to include after normal business hours and/or nights/weekends.
• Provide regular updates to Program Managers and Directors on the status of security management, security violations, badges, clearances, visit requests, etc.
• Partner with cross-departmental management to coordinate security initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the Insider Threat Program and policies while serving as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Must hold a current DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial security experience and/or Corporate FSO experience.
• Completed FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities and Insider Threat Training.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with managing and standing up open storage facilities actively processing at Contractor sites under DCSA purview.
• In-depth knowledge of NISPOM, Executive Orders, Industrial Security Letters, and DoD Directives.
• Working knowledge of SIMS, DISS, NISS, NBIS e-APP, ACCS, and SPOT.
• Must be willing and able to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience maintaining a program facility in accordance with ICD 705 requirements.
• COMSEC and OPSEC certifications.
• Familiarity with US Import/Export Regulations, International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) & Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification.
