Location: Reno, NV
Job Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
Salary: $700 to $950 per week

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our team in Reno, NV. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and executing events that align with our clients' goals and expectations. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and coordination while growing within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure event success
• Manage event logistics, including setup, registration, and attendee communication
• Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with the team to create event materials, such as invitations and programs
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
• Proficiency in MS Office and event management software is a plus
• Enthusiasm for event planning and a willingness to learn
