As an Entry Level Finance professional, you will be part of the Administration department supporting Branch Senior Management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Entry Level Finance Associate- Mandarin Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 What's the Job? Assist in routine Accounting and Financial matters as requested by Branch Management. Prepare and assist in departmental vendor review and management. Support office operations, including managing office equipment and systems. Update calendars and schedule meetings related to financial and administrative activities. Provide secretarial support to Senior Management, including confidential translation and arranging business trip logistics. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with the Head Office. Strong interest in finance and a desire to learn and grow within the financial industry. Good organizational and communication skills, with flexibility and adaptability.
