We are a prominent organization in the agricultural sector. As we continue to expand and evolve, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team and help drive operational efficiency.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide executive-level support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities to ensure smooth operations across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support : Manage complex schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and assist in organizing meetings and events.
  • Business Support : Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for senior leadership. Provide support on various business-related tasks and projects as needed.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Project Coordination : Support on a variety of initiatives, with a focus on organization, document management, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Experience : At least 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a minimum of 3 years supporting C-level executives.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree (preferred candidate will have demonstrated high academic achievement and involvement in extracurricular activities).
  • Skills :
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based onsite

$95k - 115k base salary + great benefits + bonus!
