We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant for our Home Floor Designs Showroom in Fort Wayne Ideal candidate is looking for a career in sales and has working knowledge of flooring and/or interior renovation projects. They must have strong customer service skills and strive to be a great communicator. This role requires the ability to manage a sales process and close sales in order to meet monthly sales goals. We are a team environment that requires an enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales work day. Training will be provided to ensure a strong core knowledge of the flooring industry.

Requirements:

Experience in sales

Computer proficient

College degree preferred

Background check with no issues

* Experience in interior design, showroom selling or other specialty construction trades.

* We want you to bring 5 Years of working in interior design or a designer showroom.

* We want you to bring your flooring sales and other home remodeling product sales experience.

* Your dedication and drive to achieve goals will be a major factor for you as an important component of this winning team!
