The Global Security (GS) North America Physical Security team consists of a dynamic group of security professionals who are responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our employees, clients, and assets in our retail and corporate environments in North America. As a Site Security Manager within the Global Security Team, you will manage the safety and security of critical areas and personnel. Your responsibilities will include supervising the inspection of grounds, controlling and monitoring access to buildings, reporting fire and safety hazards, managing alarms, and responding to emergencies. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in critical infrastructure security operations, technical security, alarm management, and the use of mobile communication and incident reporting applications. Your strong verbal and written communication skills will be essential for success in this role. Job Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure effective security operations. Oversee the inspection of grounds and facilities to identify and address potential security risks. Manage access control to buildings, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted entry. Monitor and report fire and safety hazards, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks. Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly, coordinating with relevant authorities as needed. Utilize technical security systems and applications for incident reporting and communication. Provide training and guidance to security personnel to enhance their skills and performance. Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: Active State Security Guard License CPR/AED/First Aid certification Security Officer experience Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures. Excellent observational and surveillance skills. Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations.
