Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of grants and projects while collaborating with our Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) to develop and implement impactful programs. The Grants Manager will lead the grant application process, ensure compliance with grant regulations, and maintain strong relationships with funding partners. This role requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with expertise in grants management and a commitment to supporting the mission of CCA. Key Responsibilities

  • Grant & Contract Management
    • Lead and manage grant applications, including:
      • Researching new opportunities.
      • Writing applications, letters of interest, and creating grant budgets.
      • Submitting applications, revisions, and reports on time.
    • Represent CCA in meetings, conferences, and trainings with local, state, and national partners.
    • Collaborate with leadership to interpret and document grant regulations, ensuring compliance and staff training.
    • Assist in adapting and implementing programs to meet emerging community needs.
    • Work with the Controller to prepare and process invoices, track expenses, and ensure compliance with grant terms.
    • Conduct financial reviews to monitor grant activity and reporting.
    • Maintain accurate records for contracts, agreements, allocations, and tracking tools.
    • Oversee fund allocation planning and program monitoring.
    • Support annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting requirements.
  • Other Duties
    • Participate in continuing education to stay informed about regional needs and best practices.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of full-time experience managing Federal grant programs (e.g., HUD, VA, USDA).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Form Assembly, and/or Sage Intacct (preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
