Role Summary: - The Information Security Analyst reports to the Manager of Information Security Operations and is responsible for controlling access to systems, applications, and data.
- The Information Security Analyst will work as part of the Information Security Operations team to address access requests, access issues, and projects focused on Active Directory, multifactor authentication, role-based access, and the protection of privileged accounts, among others
Responsibilities: - Administer and manage user credentials across the enterprise; handling requests to create new accounts, provide access to specific resources, and terminate inactive accounts.
- Administer and manage client accounts requiring access to business applications in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update access control procedures to ensure that processes are consistent, repeatable, and in compliance with Company policies.
- Maintain Identity Access Management software and troubleshoot issues.
- Administer the Active Directory ("AD") environment across the enterprise and participate in AD clean-up efforts.
- Assist with quarterly and annual audits.
- Facilitate annual access recertification requirements by preparing reports and tracking recertification responses.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with or without experience
- Availability to work 11 AM -7 PM (must have a flexible schedule)
OR
- Bachelor's degree in a non-technical field with professional or technical certifications and at least three (3) years of work experience
- Analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal ability to influence others.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, and maintain effective working relationships with employees, departments, and external stakeholders; and
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and commitment to high ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience or working knowledge of Okta, PowerShell, Excel, Access Database, or Azure AD
- Advanced problem solving and industry knowledge or awareness.
- Experience providing help-desk support.

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role.The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and company performance.
Base Salary Range:
$62,700 - $94,050
