Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary: $74,000 - $98,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our diverse team in Elgin, IL. This full-time, hybrid role offers a balance of remote work and in-person client sessions, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a high standard of care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to clients' unique needs.
Responsibilities:
* Clinical Assessment and Treatment Planning:
* Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
* Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and life transitions.
* Therapeutic Interventions:
* Deliver a variety of therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, and trauma-informed care.
* Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, focusing on topics such as stress management, parenting, and communication skills.
* Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
* Collaboration and Consultation:
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
* Provide consultation and support to other professionals, including case managers, educators, and medical providers, to enhance client outcomes.
* Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to ensure the highest standard of care.
* Documentation and Compliance:
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Ensure confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines in all client interactions and record-keeping.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
* Active and unrestricted LMFT or LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
* Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
* Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
Work Environment:
* Hybrid Role: This position offers a combination of remote work and on-site client sessions, with flexibility in scheduling.
