The Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) position offers the opportunity for remote practice and flexible scheduling, supporting clinicians with tools and resources to grow their private practice. Headway assists mental health professionals by providing hassle-free insurance credentialing, marketing support, and patient referrals. Clinicians can conduct therapy sessions and oversee medication management, with the ability to work either in-person or via telehealth.

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
