Responsibilities:

It is important for the mail associate to demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills to be considered for this position. The position requires a detail-oriented multitasker who is capable of standing and carrying packages for long periods of time. Self-motivated to work independently and unsupervised, but a supportive team player in a group environment. Time management is essential, so strong prioritizing skills are required. Multiple tasks can require attention at the same time. Keeping to schedules is an element of staying on task with all responsibilities.

• Communication:
  Interact with client and internal customers, both electronically and in person
• Admin Skills:
  Daily Volume Reports
  Scanning mail
  Sending emails
  Creating labels
  Shipping packages
  Customer Interaction
• Mail: (as needed)
  Receive, sort, log, distribute incoming USPS / FedEx / UPS / Office supplies and more
  Collecting, postage, log, outgoing mail
• Copy Work
  Provide copy services according to associate requests
  Meet SLA set by copy request
• Client confident:
  Protect all client information

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and shipping/receiving related experience preferred
  
• Basic mathematical skills
  
• 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft software
  
• Handle multiple projects on time
  
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment
  
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  
• Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  
• Keyboarding and Windows environment and PC skills
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.
  
• Attention to detail
