Job Description

Immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician with the following:

Job Duties:

Perform all installation and repair work with extruded and fabricated aluminum componentry (must have PLC experience)
Complete facility maintenance, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards and coordinating major repairs with the building's inhabitants

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to trade school or associate degree background in industrial maintenance
Previous experience in industrial maintenance, with preference provided for previous industrial maintenance technician/maintenance mechanice experience within the aluminum extrusion industry
Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and combustion, including hydraulic valves, pumps and motors, electrical circuit detection and repair, welding, pneumatic cylinders, relays, switches, and preventative maintenance techniques
The ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and PLC programs
Good knowledge of systems and processes
The ability to meet the physical and environmental demands of the position, including routine lifting in an industrial manufacturing facility
