Offset Press Operator

Reports to: Operations Manager

Summary: Operates Specialized Machine to produce "Best In Class” packaging for domestic and international use.

Must be able to perform any and all work or additional tasks as required or requested by Department Leads, Shift Leads, or Management.

Requirements:

v High School diploma (or GED).

v Minimum of 3 years of Offset Press equipment operation.

v Must have interpersonal and communication skills.

v Must possess basic computer skills and mathematical skills necessary to compute percentages, weights and measures.

Physical Demands:

v This position requires prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending and/or reaching, balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching with hands and arms, hearing and speaking.

v Frequent lifting in excess of 60 lbs is required.

v Must be able to hold, touch, feel and manipulate with hands product and equipment in a safe manner. Manual dexterity is required.

v Use of close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus as well as good eye-hand coordination.

v Must be available to work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary to meet customer product needs.
