LEBU Express LLC is a last mile delivery service provider looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented Independent Contractor's drivers to deliver customer packages. Delivery drivers strive to get every order to the customer's door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.

• Driver's Must have their own Vehicle ( CARGO VAN, MINI VAN, No CDL Required.

7 days per week operation. We need Independent Contractors (1099) who are hardworking, dependable, self-reliant, and want to join our busy delivery team. With the use of your smart phone and provided delivery app technology for routing and delivering , the work is relatively EASY. You will be scanning your packages and loading your own vehicle. You will be delivering small/medium packages to homes and businesses in dense areas/ rural areas

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.

Compensation & Benefits

• $800-1,300/weekly
• $1.80 per package rate.

Basic Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be physically able to handle fast-paced walking, lifting, bending and stooping.
• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and must be able to pass a background check.
• The ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, and must be comfortable squatting, kneeling, and turning frequently.
• The ability to work extra hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if requested.
• Previous experience operating box trucks, freight trucks, or any other kind of delivery vehicle.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions precisely.
• Inspect vehicles and merchandise for any problems to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Load and unload Van at a variety of locations in accordance with company specifications.
• Deliver merchandise to our customers in a timely manner by following assigned routes.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while engaging with customer.
• Review the specifics of the delivery with the customer and confirm that the delivery was completed.
