Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate home remodeling projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. This is a full-time role with regular hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful completion of home remodeling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of home remodeling projects.
• Supervise and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure all work aligns with project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction, adapting plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Manage materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are delivered on time and used efficiently.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager preferred. 
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass Drug Screen and Background check.
