We are seeking a Project Manager to lead land development and site civil projects in Fort Myers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee land development and site civil projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead client relationships, attend meetings, and coordinate with local municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Direct and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain within six months).
• Six or more years of experience in land development and site civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater management, grading, utilities, and permitting processes.
• Experience managing projects and leading teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
