About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and execute capital projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality results while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead and manage all phases of the construction lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project specifications.

Team & Contractor Coordination

  • Hire, coordinate, and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Work closely with construction management teams to ensure smooth field operations.
  • Provide clear guidance on task prioritization and efficient workflow.

Budget & Risk Management

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure favorable terms.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and third-party partners.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
  • Use project management tools and software to track milestones, scope changes, and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

Technical & Management Skills

  • Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architectural principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Experience with contract negotiation, budgeting, and cost control.

Soft Skills & Leadership

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $90,000-$120,000
  • Company Vehicle or Stipend: Based on role requirements.
