Job Description

  • Manage the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of school construction projects.
  • Oversee project teams, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and school administrators.
  • Ensure adherence to local codes, educational facility standards, and safety regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for school districts, providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication.
  • Monitor and resolve any project issues, delays, or changes to keep projects on track.
  • Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation for accuracy.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and timely progress.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with school or educational facility construction.
