We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in the Finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all quality assurance activities and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. This role will require a strong understanding of Aviation, AS9100, and Aerospace industries. The Quality Assurance Manager will work closely with various departments to drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. This is a permanent position requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance or areas for improvement.
3. Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
4. Collaborate with various departments to develop corrective actions and preventative measures.
5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of quality assurance systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
6. Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities to senior management.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes in the Aviation, AS9100, and Aerospace industries.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
9. Manage and resolve any quality-related issues that arise, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
10. Foster a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the Finance industry.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of Aviation, AS9100, and Aerospace industries.
4. Proven experience in developing and implementing quality assurance protocols and procedures.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Proficiency in using quality assurance software and tools.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
11. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification is a plus.
