Responsibilities •Acting as liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow officers, appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers throughout the transaction
•Coordinate with real estate agents, clients, escrow officers, appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers throughout the transaction
•Handling all buyer sales from contract through closing, which includes: ensuring all documents are in compliance with ADRE (e.g., executed, initialed and signed correctly, required disclosures are secured, etc.)
•Maintaining ADRE files and the production, coordination and processing of all information and documents pertaining to each transaction
•Monitoring and assessing the progress of the transaction so that deadlines are met and contingencies are released
•Performing administrative and clerical duties including setting home and inspection appointments
•Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
•Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
•Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
•Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner
•Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
Qualifications •Transaction Coordination Experience (required)
•Arizona Licensed Agent (required)
•Residential Real Estate Experience (a plus)

•Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued

•Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
•High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
•Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license Howe Realty
