Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert triage advice over the phone to patients and caregivers, utilizing your knowledge in both pediatric and adult care.

Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure continuity and high standards of care.
Adapt quickly to new challenges, displaying a commitment to the team and a dedication to patient care.
Qualifications:

At least 5 years of nursing experience, ideally with a background in emergency departments, call centers, or triage in a provider office.
Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficiency with computer systems.
Compact nursing license is encouraged, with additional licenses required as needed.
