Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
A bit about us: We are currently looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Sales Representative with a proven track record in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare sector and the ability to navigate the healthcare space with ease. This role will involve outbound sales, phone sales, and sales calls, all aimed at engaging prospective customers and driving revenue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining a robust pipeline, and effectively using CRM tools such as HubSpot and other sales software. This role does require travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, sales meetings, and training sessions. If you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.

Job Details Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and engaging with prospective customers in the healthcare sector.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and phone sales to potential clients, presenting our products and services.
- Manage customer interactions effectively, addressing queries, solving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective pipeline management strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot and other sales software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the healthcare and manufacturing industries.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in the healthcare sector and a deep understanding of the healthcare space.
- Proficiency in outbound sales, phone sales, and sales calls.
- Experience in managing customer interactions and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot and other sales software.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in SaaS sales is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
