Role Description:

The Owners representative/project manager will oversee the client is a hyper-scale data center company looking to deliver large-scale data center projects throughout the US and Canada. They require Owners' Representative construction managers to oversee their general contractors and manage the project through to completion.

1. Prepare comprehensive project scopes, RFPs, and manage the RFP documentation process.
2. Administer the Construction Contract (including change orders, payment applications, and close-out) with the general contractor.
3. Manage construction scheduling, critical paths, and long-lead items to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Oversee budgets , track estimated vs. actual costs, and report to senior leadership.
5. Review contractor requisitions (AIA payments) and verify OFCI (Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed) deliveries.
6. Ensure compliance with data center-specific requirements (Tier levels, MEP systems, redundancy, permits, and NYC DOB approvals).
7. Conduct progress meetings (OAC, safety, subcontractor coordination) and enforce quality/specification adherence.
8. Mitigate risks (supply chain, safety, design conflicts) through proactive subcontractor and stakeholder management.
