Developing features and mechanics from the planning stage to implementation (hypothesis formulation, idea description, competitor analysis, mechanic setup, analysis, and ongoing improvement);
Writing clear and understandable documentation for all project participants;
Collaborating with developers, artists, and designers (task formulation and assignment, drafting technical specifications, and task acceptance);
Planning and analyzing project metrics;
Inputting and configuring game data.
At least 3 years of experience as a game designer;
Experience in launching and managing casual F2P projects;
Strong knowledge of the F2P game market and an understanding of current gaming trends;
Understanding of the mobile market's specifics;
Ability to clearly communicate ideas to all team members;
Ability to receive and respond to feedback;
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
