What are you working on?

• Genres: Role-playing
• Platforms: Mobile, Android, iOS

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Developing the project's battle mechanics

• Refining and bringing the existing combat system to a new level

• Controlling the development of mechanics and features from conceptualization to launch, as well as post-release analytics

• Implementing new characters and battle modes

• Balancing the combat system and characters

• LiveOps in combat mechanics

• Close interaction with the project team

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Work experience as a game designer on mid-core battler projects, including direct work with balancing combat systems and characters

• Experience of feature owning a complete cycle (from the concept document to post-release analytics)

• Good understanding of the mid-core market and its audience (battler, RPG, survival)

• Strong knowledge of balance calculation tools (Excel/Google Spreadsheet) with multiparametric formulas

• Basic skills in working with analytics (understanding key metrics, their interaction, and working with dashboards)

The selection process

The recruitment process will consist of two phases: an interview with our Recruiter and a technical interview with our Game Producer.
