**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time basis. This opportunity is open for individuals with OPT/CPT status, and we offer visa sponsorship to qualified candidates. As an integral part of our healthcare team, the Speech Language Pathologist will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in our residents.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct thorough evaluations of residents' speech, language, and communication abilities.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
3. Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
6. Educate and involve family members in the treatment process to enhance the overall rehabilitation experience.
**Requirements:**
1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
2. Valid and active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
3. OPT/CPT status with eligibility for employment in the United States.
4. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
