Popeyes is seeking a Training Senior Analyst to manage the deployment of Operations Training initiatives. The Training Deployment Senior Analyst is responsible for the successful onboarding, training, and reopening of Easy to Run restaurants. This person will also lead virtual and in-restaurant training sessions to ensure successful restaurant operations and a great guest experience.

Sr. Analyst - ETR Training Responsibilities

The Sr. Analyst - ETR Training will lead trainings to implement the Easy to Run Operating System in franchise restaurants. They are responsible for improving restaurant performance, answering field team and restaurant questions, and providing on-site training for the Easy to Run conversion program. This position reports to the Sr Manager, ETR Training.

To be successful in this role, you possess proven strengths and expertise in :
  • Operations: Can diagnose, implement, and improve bottlenecks in an operation and offers solutions for existing processes
  • Facilitation: Ability to tailor and deliver information to diverse audiences of above restaurant leaders, restaurant managers, and restaurant team members
  • Learning & Development: Experience in executing and supporting initiatives and training structure within a franchise organization. Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Project Management: Ability to support multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Communication: Effectively, timely and thoroughly communicate to internal and external teams regarding training needs and initiatives
  • Personality: fast learner; organized; systematic; data and results driven

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering training materials to diverse audiences in an effective way, including restaurant team members, General Managers, and Above Restaurant Leaders, virtually and in-person
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Field Operations, Technology, and Development to support business objectives and initiatives.
  • Driving improvement in operations metrics (including but not limited to Service (SOS) and All Complaints Ratio (ACR)) by coaching franchise organizations and restaurant teams on proper use of available tools and tactics for improving operations and guest experience
  • Managing and reporting travel logistics, field time, and budget.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years' experience in restaurant operations management
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Comfortable utilizing and facilitating using video communication software (MS Teams)
  • Knowledge and experience using PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally between Marketing, Operations, Technology, and franchisees.
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% as needed.
