We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, procurement, and inventory management, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.

In this role you will be responsible for; Strategic Planning, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Risk Management, Performance Monitoring, Process Improvement, Cross-functional Collaboration, Managing Staff and Compliance and Ethics.

Job Description

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
• Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Oversee inventory management, including demand forecasting, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with production and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Manage and ensure invoicing is in line with rate cards and contracts.
• Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring seamless workflow.
• Manage inventory control systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain safe and organized warehouse facilities.
• Optimize supply chain performance and cost management.
• Communicate effectively with team members about PO statuses and issues.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff.
• Create and improve processes.
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, receiving, picking, and packing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, warehouse management, or procurement.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, and supply chain management software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements, achieving operational efficiencies, and successfully managing supply chain operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• APICS or other relevant certification is a plus.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
