REQUIRED QUALIFICATONS:
● Minimum of one-year Human Resources experience in Aerospace and Defense , including at least one-year managing staffing supplier activities using a Vendor Management System
● Strong compliance knowledge base related to the employment of non-employees including OFCCP, EEO, ADA, FLSA
● Certified Contingent Workforce Professional Certificate is strongly preferred
● Ability to interface with all levels of within the organization including, senior management
● Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to use discretion in dealing with confidential information
● Comfortable in a team oriented, fast-paced environment with competing and shifting
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
● Assist in the administration the company’s contingent workforce program. Assist in the assessment of programs and tools to build capabilities of leaders and employees to achieve business goals.
● Focus areas include networking with contract supply houses, recruiting efforts, onboarding activities, and new hire paperwork.
● Serve as the content and technical expert regarding the hiring of non-employees including: requisition creation, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, completion of new hire paperwork and onboarding for non-employees.
● Maintain strict confidentiality with employee and customer information
● Design, implement and administer core process improvements
● Manage and maintain new requests for contingent workers.
● Develop and execute recruiting plans to support hiring strategies.
● Partner with Indirect Center of Excellence (ICOE) to create and maintain relationships with the appropriate contract houses.
● Avoid legal challenges by understanding and enforcing regulations related to fair recruitment practices (Complies with all federal, state, and company policies and procedures such as OFCCP, EEO, ADA, FLSA)
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and staffing suppliers
EDUCATION:
● Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business, or related field
