Westminster Title Agency , a Toll Brothers company, seeks an experienced Title Assistant for our office in Chantilly, Virginia.

In this position, the successful candidate will be required to facilitate the issuance of the title insurance on real estate transactions by searching title to real estate, producing commitments, and preparing title policies for new home sales, residential resales, and refinances.

Experience using settlement software and electronic title plants is helpful, but we are willing to train the right individual. Paperless workflow/environment experience is also helpful.
