About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our team. This role is pivotal in defining our brand's visual story and producing high-quality video content for our e-commerce platforms. If you have a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation: $25+/Hour, Negotiable

Employment type: Part-time (30-40 Hours per month, With the ability to commit more time as production needs increase)

Location: Marietta, GA, and its surrounding areas north of Atlanta

Requirements

What you will do:

• Visual Storytelling: Capture the essence and message of our brand through your storytelling expertise, following scripts and storyboards, but able to make independent decisions to improve them on the fly.
• Creative Ideation: Collaborate to generate fresh, innovative ideas for video content.
• Directing and Collaborative Efforts: Lead and direct shoots, ensuring effective direction and teamwork with on-camera talent.
• High Production Value Projects: Assist with Television Ad and other High-value productions
• Equipment Management: Maintain and prepare In-studio video production equipment when used.
• Technical Camera Proficiency: Proficiency in using DSLR-style cameras and mobile devices for shooting.
• Deadline and Schedule Management: Adhere to timelines, ensuring prompt content production and delivery.
• Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple projects, maintaining focus and efficiency.
• Confidence Behind the Camera: Display confidence behind the camera, both with shooting and directing talent.
• Independent and In-Person Studio Work: Work regularly in the studio as needed and perform on location/remote shoots.

Qualifications:

• Portfolio: Demonstrated range and quality of video work.
• Communication: Strong ability to express ideas and collaborate in a team.
• Preferred Additional Skills: Experience in lighting techniques and photography.

• Social media video production experience.
• Knowledge of social media trends and how to utilize them.
• Video editing experience, to consider the editing process while shooting.
• Ability to tell compelling stories through video, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and techniques.

Nice to Have Experience:

• Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Comfort and confidence in front of the camera as a talent yourself.
• Client experience with a history of diverse projects.

Work Environment:

Mixed remote and in-studio work.

Flexible working hours. Outside of some required meetings, you can work within your schedule to hit deadlines.
